Why Physics is Awesome
¾Ã¾Ãºè´«Ã½ was lucky enough to have Dr Keal Byrne from Murdoch university come to talk to our Year 8 ACE, Year 10 Extension and Year 12 Physics classes, reminding them why physics is awesome. He discussed his personal journey with physics and the many interesting and important applications that he has come across along the way.
Year 9 Forensics
The Year 9 Forensics students have solved their first mystery! Each student was given a glass with an unknown persons fingerprint on it. They then had to use the class data base and their knowledge of fingerprinting techniques to lift the print from the glass and work out who it belonged to.
